A North Carolina native with over 25 years of culinary experience. I’ve spent my time in the kitchen working in various restaurants between N.C. and the foodie world of Texas, learning every type of cuisine including French, Italian, Asian, Mexican, and more!
While in Texas, I perfected my 15-hour smoked Brisket recipe and brought it home to North Carolina. In 2020, when the restaurant industry began changing, I decided to seize the moment and take my years of experience back to the small beach town I grew up visiting my whole life, Atlantic Beach.
From there I was presented with a great opportunity to bring my skills to the changing food options and create a name for my culinary passion. I started serving food to the public through an amazing garden shop and event venue, Carolina Home & Garden, as well as catering parties, private events, weddings, and more!
